If you suffer from narcissistic abuse it is hard to talk to people that have not been in a similar situation.  I am providing a support group so that your story is heard, validated and understood by other survivors of narcissistic abuse. 

The purpose of this group is to help those that are in need of emotional support. Narcissism does not discriminate, can happen to anyone and is hard to break free from, but it is possible.

We will discuss several different topics from trauma bonds, gaslighting, blame shifting, the phases of narcissistic abuse, attachment styles, and much more.
