Below is what you can expect in your business exchange with me. My business runs off of the core values that I have listed under the core values tab on my website. You can be expected to be treated with respect and I ask that you extend the same courtesy to me.

By visiting my website and/or purchasing any session from me, you engage in my "service" and agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies refereneced herein.

If you purchase services on behalf of another you accept full liability to ensure all terms of service and disclaimers are relayed to the recipient receiving services.

You must be at least 18 years old to receive any service offered except for Reiki sessions. Reiki is for all ages, however if you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Patient consent forms will be provided via email for distant reiki sessions prior to receiving services or onsite prior to receiving a Reiki session.

Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you seek a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment. I do not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments or prescribe substances.

No audio or video taping is allowed unless mutually agreed upon and it must be in written consent.

Information, videos, pictures, images, advice, thoughts, blogs, text, and logos are proprietary information of Darlene Gonzales, Darlene Gonzales Medium, www.darlenegonzalesmedium.com and may not be copied, distributed, altered or reused without written consent.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to me. All communication, including your identity, contact information, email correspondence, are stored securely and will not be disclosed, sold or shared with a third party.

Scheduling and Payment Policy
All services whether in person, by phone or via zoom are by appointment only. Cash, Paypal, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle is accepted. If you are paying via cash I will hold your debit/credit card information to prevent late cancellations or no shows. Your credit card will not be billed at the time of your booking or if you provide a 48-hour cancellation notice. You can still choose to pay via cash, a different debit or credit card, paypal, venmo or zelle upon your arrival. Your debit/credit card will only be billed if you are a late cancellation or a no show.

Cancellation Policy
You must provide a 48-hour cancellation notice for a full refund or to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel without providing the 48-hour notice you will be chared for the full service. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided please contact me.

TO MY CLIENTS AND SUBSCRIBERS: Please be aware of scammers right now in the community that may try and reach out to you, claiming to be me. I will never reach out to you personally for services under any circumstances.
